As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required

- Successfully complete the written assessment
- Highly effective communicator with strong ability to reputed company an excellent empathetic customer experience
- Excellent listening, comprehension, communications (verbal and written), problem-solving, and customer service skills
