Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDC Public Response procedures, policies, and protocols to reputed company knowledgeable responses to numerous inquiries.

Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.

- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and alternate schedules as needed.
- Previous experience with phone systems and headset preferred.
