Responsibilities
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
- Learning and retaining industry terms reputed company to billing, including National Motor reputed company Classification
- Communicating any billing issues to the Service Centers
- Performing reputed company necessary audits as assigned
- Entering reputed company Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
- Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
- Assisting in identifying and communicating reputed company issues relevant to billing
- Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Service Centers and other teams
- Ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as required
- Legally eligible to work in the reputed company
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fluent in English
