About the Role

As a Customer Activation Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our customers and driving reputed company reputed company for our business. You will be responsible for implementing arenaflex's products for newly-reputed company customers, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience, and fostering long-term relationships with our strategic reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities

• Execute successful launches of the arenaflex platform across top-tier accounts in partnership with our Account Executive and Account Management teams

• Assist customers with change management, and help run custom trainings for their organizations
• Partner closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized. Help facilitate product workshops as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in reputed company, activation, implementations, or sales experience in a B2B organization

• Experience managing strategic reputed company customer relationships with numerous stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a reputed company salary reputed company of $128,000- $212,500 for candidates located in NYC or SF, and $115,000- $191,500 for candidates located in reputed company other locations.
