Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing Customer Service Representatives in reputed company areas, including product knowledge, policies and procedures, and performance metrics.
- Reviewing phone, email, and other customer interactions to evaluate reputed company, reputed company results, and reputed company coaching and performance reviews for increased reputed company.
- Providing feedback to management on process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
