As a Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Service & E-reputed company programs, driving safety, reputed company of outbound online orders, excellent pickup experience, team productivity, and program execution. You'll work closely with reputed company Leader to reputed company and implement strategies that meet our business objectives, while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer experience and hold reputed company Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service

• Establish reputed company expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders
• Monitor in-store and online customer reputed company, assign customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks, and balance the needs of reputed company customers
• reputed company awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends
• Ensure an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns
• Support reputed company and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, e.g., reputed company delivery drivers

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
