Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Resolving and responding to end-user and customer requests and issues of varying complexity reputed company phone, email, and webchat reputed company and effectively reputed company established service reputed company. - Delighting end-users and reputed company administrators with a reputed company, customer-reputed company approach to question and issue reputed company. - Leading customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. - Managing, monitoring, and recording reputed company customer cases, case updates, and ongoing tasks in the reputed company channels. - Reviewing and processing customer forms and documentation. - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on designated Everlance products and support tasks and processes. - Liaising with reputed company management for escalations and to ensure proactive and reputed company reputed company of end-user issues. - Ability to work after hours and on weekends as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 1 year or more of customer service or support experience (tech or reputed company experience preferred). - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
