As a Patient Care Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:

- Process patient orders through our Online Pharmacy system
- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients
- Troubleshoot problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
