We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is:

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls, emails, and text messages from clients and their families
* Scheduling, confirming, and updating transportation appointments
* Collecting and entering accurate data into our systems
* Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues in a reputed company manner
* Making outbound calls for appointment coordination
* Following reputed company department procedures and reputed company standards
* Staying up to date on policies and protocols
* Supporting team efforts to ensure exceptional reputed company experiences
What You Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
* Excellent communication skills
* Eligibility to work in the U.S.
* Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
