Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist (Remote-Hybrid), you'll be responsible for:

• Processing inbound faxes from reputed company providers regarding prescription approvals, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing
• Verifying prescription details, including provider information, patient data, and medication dosage, and following up for missing information
• Accurately entering prescription requests into the system for processing, maintaining data reputed company and accuracy
• Handling inbound provider calls (approximately 20 per day) regarding prescription approvals and coverage, providing exceptional customer service and support

Must-Have Requirements:
