As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring reputed company customer health and retention. You'll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, reputed company Services, and Product teams to ensure customers reputed company their objectives and realize significant value from our platform. Your goal will be to drive customer adoption, reputed company, and satisfaction, while developing and implementing effective account planning strategies to ensure retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication and Education:

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B reputed company/reputed company services/account management role

• Knowledge of the reputed company business model and experience supporting reputed company solutions for midmarket and reputed company business customers
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships with many reputed company stakeholders, project manage, set priorities, and stay organized
• Experience managing contract renewals and up-sells
