Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist (Remote-Hybrid), your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing inbound faxes from reputed company providers regarding prescription approvals and verifications
• Verifying prescription details, including provider information, patient data, and medication dosage, and following up for missing information
• Accurately entering prescription requests into the system for processing and ensuring data accuracy by following reputed company workflows and company procedures
