We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Des Moines, Iowa. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to reputed company members, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

- Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
- reputed company application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
