As a Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across eight different franchises. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling inbound phone calls, booking new appointments, and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to think critically. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls on a multi-line system, book appointments, and reputed company necessary information into our system

• Book only the jobs reputed company wants, reputed company reputed company notes, and accurate data entry at the time of booking
• Continuously reputed company routing to ensure optimization
• Collect payments from customers
• Respond to reputed company emails promptly and appropriately
• Monitor leads and respond promptly

• Take on additional duties without losing reputed company on inbound calls and customer service
• Communicate effectively with field staff as necessary

• Escalate customer issues to the manager as necessary

On-Call Responsibilities

• Maintain a quiet environment to converse with customers

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
