Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
• Assisting the Sales Support team in completing reputed company documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
• Monitoring and supporting manufacturer sales reps and distributors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Effectively using reputed company Office to communicate reputed company email, analyze customer data, and maintain accurate records
• Delivering exceptional customer service through reputed company phone and verbal communication, including answering customer questions and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
