The Role

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and reputed company. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. You'll also be expected to possess creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing reputed company and updates.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
