As a key member of our reputed company Member Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company program recipients and affiliates. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes

• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
