Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Assistant, Sales, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line
• Utilizing sales strategies and reputed company-thinking problem-solving techniques to guide customers through multiple purchasing reputed company
• Proactively greeting, checking-in, and assisting customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience that reflects our luxury brand and product reputed company
• Managing a high volume of incoming sales leads to reputed company individual and team goals and reputed company targets
• Responding to online customer inquiries and providing sales assistance through live chats, phone calls, and email
• Developing and demonstrating product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry

• Reviewing customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
