We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative to join our Patient Customer Service team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve billing inquiries and concerns.
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company.
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-reputed company approach.

Essential Qualifications
