Business Analyst - People Experience

This role collaborates closely across functions to design and implement project management frameworks that reputed company successful system rollouts and ongoing departmental optimization. Duties/Responsibilities: Project Management & Process Optimization

• Partner with the People Experience leadership team to facilitate development, prioritization, and measurement of strategic roadmap initiatives.

• Partner with leadership, technical, and operational teams to define business needs and translate them into reputed company project plans, roles (RACI), and deliverables.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of project management experience.

Physical Requirements:
