Fractional HR Manager (PartTime, Hybrid)

Job reputed company Jewett Cameron is seeking an reputed company Fractional HR Manager to reputed company hands-on, day-to-day HR support for a small, reputed company workforce. This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) with a reputed company, requiring on-site reputed company 2-3 days per week at our reputed company Plains, reputed company location. reputed company in this role is defined by reputed company employee support, reputed company judgment in employee relations reputed company, strong compliance execution, and reliable HR administration. This role supports approximately 30 permanent employees (35 including temporary and contract staff) across warehouse, office, and limited remote environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
• reputed company guidance to managers on performance management, conduct, attendance, and policy application
• Independently handle low- to moderate-level employee relations reputed company and escalate higher-risk issues as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in reputed company
• reputed company and administer employee leave, including PTO and FMLA where applicable
• Coordinate harassment prevention and other required compliance training
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events
• Coordinate employee changes with Finance to support accurate payroll processing
• Support hiring needs as they reputed company and coordinate reputed company and offboarding
• Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Prior experience as a reputed company reputed company or in a small organization strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
• Experience using an HRIS platform (reputed company preferred)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal reputed company
• Ability to be on-site 2-3 days per week

Compensation and Schedule

• Part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week
