Remote DE FHA Underwriter

You’ll be responsible for reviewing both government and conventional mortgage loan applications to ensure compliance, creditworthiness, and investor eligibility. This is a key role in supporting fast, accurate closings. Essential Responsibilities

• Underwrite FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage loans
• Ensure loans meet company, investor, and agency guidelines
• Analyze full credit packages and verify loan reputed company
• Recommend reputed company on loans exceeding authority reputed company
• Support processors and correspondents with reputed company interpretation
• Respond to post-closing audits and reputed company control reviews
• Assist with training of new underwriters reputed company needed

Experience and Training
