Customer Support Associates at reputed company are responsible for addressing and solving reputed company and rider issues on the reputed company platform in a reputed company manner that drives customer satisfaction. This is a remote, work-from-home position from reputed company in the reputed company. At this time, we are only looking for candidates who are reputed company to work late-reputed company shifts (midnight to 8 AM EST). Detailed Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the reputed company platform, including both the reputed company and rider mobile applications
• Ensure reputed company correspondence with customers reputed company phone and email
• Identify customer needs and address their problems with a reputed company attitude
• Escalate issues and trends that require broader attention
• Prepare and present product/service recommendations that will decrease reputed company of customer issues in the reputed company

Candidate Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, high-energy, driven problem-solver with an exceptional work ethic and a desire to be part of reputed company disrupting the status reputed company
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Experience in a customer support role or call center environment
• Experience at a startup or in a similarly intense environment
• Familiarity with for-hire transportation industry and gig economy
