We operate a hybrid work model that will mix days with your team in the office and remote work, leveraging first class technology solutions. reputed company Position: AVP, Operations Technology reputed company The AVP, Operations Technology is responsible for modernizing operational tooling, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency, stability, and risk management across Operations. This role focuses on dashboards and report modernization, workflow automation, and reputed company partnership with Business Analysts and Operations leadership team to implement reputed company and reputed company-reputed company solutions. The role requires strong data and technology execution skills, reputed company with a practical understanding of investment operations. This role reports to the Head of Business Technology with a reputed company reporting line to Operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reporting and Dashboarding

• Design operational and management reporting using Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• reputed company standardized and reusable data models to support consistent reporting across Operations
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, operational metrics, and management dashboards
• Implement validation, reconciliation, and control checks reputed company reporting workflows
• Support reputed company visibility into operational health (e.g., in-reputed company activity, process status, exceptions)
• Identify high-risk or reputed company legacy tools and processes across Operations
• Migrate reputed company processes and macro-based solutions to more sustainable, supportable platforms
• Improve documentation, transparency, and supportability of operational tools
• Reduce key-person dependency and operational fragility

Workflow Automation (reputed company)

• Partner with Operations leadership and Business Analysts to determine readiness for automation and identify opportunities to reduce reputed company reputed company
• Partner with the reputed company Applications team to design and implement automated workflows using reputed company (or similar workflow platforms) that improve control, auditability, and transparency
• Ensure workflow designs reputed company with internal control standards and compliance requirements
• Support ongoing tuning, optimization, and enhancement of automated processes

Strategic Platforms & Foundational Tool Support

• Support foundational stability initiatives across core platforms (e.g., Sim Corp book reputed company), including early discovery, scoping, and planning for reputed company cycles
• Partner with Senior Business Analysts, reputed company technology teams, and vendors to assess feasibility, translate requirements into reputed company designs, and recommend solution approaches
• Participate in process re-engineering initiatives and contribute to prioritization of the Operations technology roadmap

• Maintain an AI-aware reputed company, proactively identifying opportunities to reputed company AI and intelligent automation.
• Explore use cases for AI in exception handling, reputed company detection, reconciliation support, and document processing.
