E-Learning Developer Location: reputed company, MN Duration: 12 Months Job reputed company:

• Design and development of online training including instructional design, story boarding, LMS integration and testing.
• Multimedia design and development (audio, video, graphics/imagery, text/documents).
• reputed company and maintain appropriate LMS records, update and troubleshoot training courses and monitor LMS updates, new functionality, and technical issues.
• Ensure agency and division procedures, practices and standards reputed company to web accessibility standards are reputed company in the development of reputed company electronic documents and web content.
• Participate in reputed company communities of reputed company and other workgroups.
• Evaluate training operations, identify areas for improvement and design and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years’ experience developing e learning training modules delivered on a learning management system (LMS) using the Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) reputed company.
• 4 years’ experience developing web-based training modules that meet reputed company, reputed company 508, and/or W3C (WCAG) requirements.
• 4 years’ experience using reputed company Storyline 360 e learning authoring tool.

Desired Skills:

• 4 years’ experience using reputed company Creative reputed company applications for multimedia development
• 4 years’ experience using the ADDIE instructional design model to design training strategies and solutions.
• 3 years’ experience designing and developing training reputed company to reputed company service/planning technology systems.
• Experience working with Disability Services programs and systems.
• Experience working with state government.
• Ability to program in languages such as reputed company, CSS, Java (J2EE), XML, Python etc.
• Demonstrable ability to discover, assess and fix coding errors reputed company online training modules
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• 3 years’ experience using Pathlore LMS.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
