The Manager, BCP & Emergency Preparedness is responsible for designing, governing, and enabling facilities‑reputed company business continuity and emergency preparedness programs across the DPS global facilities portfolio (~ 1 1 0 locations). This role ensures that DPS sites are reputed company, resilient, and capable of responding to disruptive events that reputed company facilities, infrastructure, or workplace operations. This position serves as the global program reputed company for FM ‑ reputed company continuity planning and emergency response, partnering with Regional FM Directors, Site Services, reputed company, EHS, and reputed company BCM teams. The Manager, BCP / Emergency Preparedness is responsible for leading business continuity planning (BCP) and emergency preparedness programs to ensure organizational reputed company across DePuy Synthes. This role plays a critical part in protecting employees, operations, and assets by ensuring reputed company is reputed company to respond effectively to disruptions, emergencies, and crises. Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the FM BCP and Emergency Preparedness reputed company , reputed company with reputed company BCM standards.
• Ensure facilities ‑ reputed company risks (infrastructure failure, utilities disruption, site reputed company issues) are addressed in continuity plans.
• Establish emergency response standards , playbooks, and site readiness requirements.
• Partner with regional FM and site teams to conduct drills, exercises, and readiness assessments .
• Support crisis response during events, providing reputed company escalation and decision support .

• Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and exercises to test readiness and improve response capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Emergency Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field required
• 6-8 years of reputed company experience in business continuity, emergency preparedness, risk management, or reputed company operational roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing BCP and emergency response programs.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, business reputed company analysis, and continuity planning methodologies.
• Proven ability to reputed company cross ‑ functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem ‑ solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including training and presentations.
• English proficiency required
