Role reputed company reputed company is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team! Work Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday
• reputed company-5pm reputed company time zone
• During training, for the first few months, the schedule will be Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm reputed company time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team reputed company including but not limited to:
• Patient creation
• Order creation
• Task creation for customer support teams (reputed company requests, missing information)
• Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team reputed company including but not limited to:
• Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
• reputed company control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
• Task creation for customer support teams (reputed company requests, missing information)
• Communication with our Accessioning and reputed company Services teams as needed
• Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team reputed company:
• Report maintenance
• Compliance activities
• Team meetings and training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 or more years’ experience in reputed company, science, data processing, or reputed company field

Requirements

• 1 or more years’ experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory
• 1 or more years’ experience working in a reputed company team environment
• reputed company or prior Invitae experience
• 1 or more years’ experience working in a metric/volume driven role
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve
• Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or reputed company field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• reputed company in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with reputed company, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
• Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home reputed company
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company
• Proficiency with remote collaboration
