The Role

As an reputed company Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing reputed company values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:

• Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries and issues on the reputed company, identifying the topic and type of assistance the customer needs
• Helping guide and reputed company customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven reputed company topics, selecting the best benefit plan reputed company, maximizing the value of their health plan benefits, and choosing a reputed company care provider
• Initiating proactive reputed company to members as needed, welcoming new members to our health plans, addressing gaps in care, reviewing coverage, and referring and enrolling them to internal specialists and programs based on their needs and eligibility
• Contacting care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance
• Assisting customers in navigating myuhc.com and other arenaflex websites, encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• Ability to work any of our full-time shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (Central reputed company Time) from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• reputed company / Insurance environment experience (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
• reputed company work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change experience (working with vulnerable populations)
• Sales or account management experience

Compensation and Benefits
