Position reputed company
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. This may include appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. You'll work with some of the best and most recognized companies in their industries, so professionalism and excellent communication skills are a must!
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Own a computer reputed company that meets the following minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: reputed company reputed company i5 2.1GHz or reputed company or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or reputed company) + Operating System: reputed company 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

- Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
- Must be reputed company to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
