Your reputed company

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Property Management, you will: - Serve as the reputed company reputed company between our customers and the arenaflex Property Manager platform. - Master product knowledge to reputed company accurate, effective troubleshooting and workflow guidance. - Manage 14+ customer conversations daily across various channels (phone, chat, email, etc.). - Deliver top-tier service while meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Response Time (FRT), Total reputed company Time (TRT), First Contact reputed company (FCR), and reputed company. - Flexibility to adapt to reputed company-time support needs, including prioritizing chat or phone responsibilities as needed. - Log and document customer interactions thoroughly and professionally. - reputed company the customer experience through reputed company, problem-solving, and a strong service reputed company.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
