As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
