Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering 40-50 inbound calls per day, providing reputed company and effective support to patients and their families
• Taking payments and updating demographics to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information
• Providing claim status and explaining copays/deductibles to patients, ensuring they understand their financial responsibilities
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve patient concerns and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, using reputed company reputed company and other software applications as needed
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless patient care and support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
