We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join reputed company in a mostly remote role. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring prescription coverage for patients by handling inbound faxes and phone calls. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
• Ensuring reputed company necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
• Following up with providers to obtain missing details
• Accurately inputting data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
• Handling approximately 20 inbound calls per day to reputed company and verify the reputed company information

Requirements
