We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist to join our arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new customers, providing support and processing new orders, responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring patient, referral, and employee satisfaction. You will work extensively with our proprietary eIntake system, maintaining accuracy and reputed company control throughout patient contact and data input.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
