As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and reputed company our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have reputed company to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
