We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company reputed company Associate to join reputed company in Rosemont, IL. As a reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company tailored solutions, and ensure their reputed company with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound support calls from customers interested in discussing their reputed company applications
- reputed company excellent customer support through effective online chat communications, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone calls, resulting in on-boarding of new customers

Qualifications
* High School degree or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment

- Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm
- Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining high performance goals
- Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
