As a Telecommunication Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for representing reputed company as the main operations contact for our existing and new customer reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Represent arenaflex as the main operations contact for our existing and new customer reputed company

• Manage and support customers through the entire order process, from new orders to reputed company orders and disconnect orders
• Resolve billing and trouble tickets in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Escalate and monitor outages, and project manage reputed company orders through completion
• Build and maintain reputed company relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Ability to understand, analyze, and explain Telco USOCs on CSRs
