As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our patients and referral sources. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls from patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Accurately reputed company new patient information into reputed company computer system, including reputed company, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
- Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance, and generate orders
- Ensure patients and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
- Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
- Call center experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls
- Experience working with computers and data entry
- DME experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
