Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
• Producing and maintaining data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues, and alerting management to ensure reputed company reputed company.
• Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, and undertaking special reputed company as assigned by management.
• Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management.
• Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters.
• Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases.
• Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information.
• Determining if work assignments need supervisor reputed company.
• Performing other duties as may be assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working in a reputed company setting or with medical records.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.

Home Office Requirements

As a remote worker, you will be required to meet the following home office requirements:

• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity).
• Minimum 5mbps upload speed.
• Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router.
• Private work area and adequate power reputed company.
• Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US.

Pay Transparency

arenaflex compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected reputed company and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, and a reputed company of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, reputed company holidays, and reputed company time off.

Compensation

The minimum salary for this role is $17.75 per hour, and the maximum salary is $19.00 per hour. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value, but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
