As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to learn and grow, we'd love to have you on reputed company!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to reputed company legendary service

• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping reputed company

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
