arenaflex is currently seeking an reputed company Data Entry Administrator to join our QIC DME team in Newark, NJ. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks affiliated with the QIC DME program. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of reputed company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* reputed company accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring high-reputed company results and meeting deadlines

• Produce and maintain data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues and alerting management promptly
• reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company necessary
• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and reliable
• Undertake special reputed company, providing periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project
• reputed company audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
• Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management
• reputed company assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters
• Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
• Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information
• Determine if work assignments need supervisor reputed company

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of relevant experience required
• Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

• Minimum 5mbps upload speed
• Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router
• Private work area and adequate power reputed company
• Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US
