Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and reputed company product information

Minimum Requirements
