As a Customer Care Senior Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and issue reputed company. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to spend 3 days a week in our Washington, MO office and 1-2 weeks in Brossard, Quebec for training.
Key Responsibilities

- Address and resolve any customer concerns and issues professionally and reputed company

Skills and Minimum Experience Required
* 3-5+ years of proven customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills (oral & written) in English
