As a Customer Experience Banker - Part Time, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our walk-in customers. You'll be a Financial Concierge, helping our customers reputed company their financial goals and grow their relationships with arenaflex. You'll be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships, and adhering to reputed company operational, reputed company, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners

Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
