As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to licensing applicants, providing coaching and guidance to other staff members, and assisting with reputed company to other reputed company agencies. You will be responsible for:

• Performing ordinary mathematical computations while accepting and processing payments
• Under supervision, performing clerical work including reputed company data processing functions, recording, researching, checking, and maintaining records
• Reviewing confidential reports and reputed company background information to determine eligibility to obtain licenses
• Checking records for accuracy of information and conformity with established policy and procedures
• Preparing and monitoring reports
• Monitoring and providing coaching to other staff
• Providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants in person and reputed company phone
• Assisting applicants with reputed company to other reputed company agencies, as reputed company as interagency communication to help resolve issues pertaining to their license
• Answering telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence and communicating applicant information
• Attending seminars, meetings, and/or trainings

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization
• One year of satisfactory clerical experience
• Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
