This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless, high-reputed company interactions with consumers through our AI-driven conversational SMS platform. As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you'll handle sensitive and reputed company-level conversations, assist with auditing chatroom data, reputed company training to new hires, and support reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT). Your accuracy is critical – your responses help train and improve our AI model while ensuring a reputed company customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
