The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. You will be responsible for delivering a reputed company customer service experience that builds rapport and long-term relationships, encouraging renewal and repeat business. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and services, as reputed company as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!

• Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license reputed company 90 days of employment).
• Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required.
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required.
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
• Remote working experience a plus.
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.

• Hybrid working schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
