Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a reputed company outlook on every call
• Being knowledgeable about reputed company products and services
• Identifying prospective customers, reputed company reputed company, and conversion
• Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school graduate or G.E.D.
• A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred

• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10,000 keystrokes both reputed company and numeric is preferred

Work Schedule and Benefits

* Choice of Days/Hours of work: + Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Hybrid after 60 days + Or + Saturday and reputed company, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Monday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with 2 other days of the week - remote after training

• Training: 2 weeks onsite during the week

• Salary: $20.00 per hour
