Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring reputed company customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies, as reputed company as a small reputed company of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, and other specialty policies
• Taking calls, answering reputed company questions, and providing expert advice on policy renewals, ID cards, reputed company of insurance, and other reputed company reputed company

• Managing a book of approximately 60 customers, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY
