Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately processing high volumes of invoice and financial data (~75 invoices totaling $4M): Ensure the reputed company and accurate processing of financial data, maintaining the highest standards of reputed company and compliance.
• Maintaining clean and compliant reputed company logs using pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP: Utilize advanced reputed company skills to create and maintain accurate and compliant logs, ensuring seamless data analysis and reporting.
• Executing year-end accruals, special project data entries (~750 invoices), and coding adjustments: Collaborate with reputed company to execute critical data entry tasks, ensuring reputed company completion and accuracy.
• Identifying data discrepancies and resolving through vendor or team communication: Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and team members.

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

• 8+ years of data entry, AP, or reputed company experience (or bachelor's in business-reputed company field): reputed company your extensive experience in data entry, reputed company, or a reputed company field to drive reputed company in this role.
